Welcome to Devilsreaper.com. We hope you love our realm. We reserve the right to revoke user privileges in order to maintain a website that is pleasant for everybody.
In order to post in these forums you are required to follow certain rules.
***Rules that must be followed by all members.**
Rules
1.No personal flaming or bashing. Do what you wish by PM but it will not be tolerated on the forums. This will get you in trouble and we will enforce this rule. Remember we are all here to learn and have fun.
2.No continued behavior that disrupts the site's goal of fun, good information, and friendly help.
3.No unauthorized advertising or spamming for other DSS sites. You know what we mean, no come to http://www.+xyz.com !! This includes spamming via private messaging. This will get you banned without warning. We are not joking, this place is not a place to do business.
4.No web addresses or links to Dave , Dishnet or any other Dss site. all Dealer Inquiries should be in the Dealer Inquiries section with no link.
All question about sites own by Dave should be in the Rumors and Speculation section with out no link .
5.No web addresses or links to DONATION SITES
All question about sites ask a MOD first .
6.Url's are permitted for none of the dss/echo sites. Other usefull link, feel free to post them on our forum. but Still we reserve the right to delete any url.
7.Search. Use it, it is there for a reason. Check it before you post a question. It can save you lots of time in your efforts to find an answer.
8.Post in the correct places. We will move your post if you stick it somewhere it should be and don`t post new thread for a already posted thread.
9.No cross posting. Post your question once in the appropriate forum. It will get answered. Putting a post in more then one place pisses people and the mods off.
10.All PM's sent to Mods or Admins that can be asked and answered in the forums will be ingnore.
11.No posting of personal information, your's or someone else's. This is for your safety, not ours.
12.No 'Me Too' threads. Use PM and email.
13.No Begging - No begging for files or scripts. You may post a thread requesting it, but don't harass anyone to get it.
14.No questioning the rules - Do not question our policies. They are here for a reason. We are trying to make this experience as easygoing as possible.
15.Respect the Administrators ,Super Moderators and Moderators.Our Staff are here to help you and help keep the site running smoothly. Public or email abuse will not be tolerated. Please email any problems to the Administrators. Violators will be subject to loss of posting privileges.
16.No rumors, he said she said...etc.. POST FACTUAL STUFF ONLY in Forum or use the Rumors and Speculation section Only for that Kind of Thread.
17.Before go to chat room read the Rules Of chat Room.
18.Signatures. No Html code in your Signatures PLEASE or a MOD will remove it .
19.we reserve the right to delete any thread not active for more than 30 days.
20.no spam on forum or pm this will get you ban fast .
21.This Rules will not be edit with out check with Juls or Evilsdead .
22. Rules can be update at any moment so always check ours Rules.

Chat room Rules
1) If you need any help or a questions about DSS answered, please PM one of the operators or mods that are logged in or if you have any comments about Dss to another member do it on pm please.
2)There is a 30 minute iidle time limit, and it will be enforced. Please log out of chat if you are not going to be present.
3) There will not be anymore game playing (Example: sex chat ) This is a dss site. For the protection of the members the chat room is logged around the clock. Remember we are a family site.
4)Respect the staff .Our Staff are here to help you and help keep the chat Room running smoothly. any abuse will not be tolerated. Please email any problems to the Administrators. Violators will be subject to loss of posting privileges.

about DSS Testing (new here please read)
By now, you've probably heard that there is a way to unlock all of the channels on your satellite system and that is why you are probably visiting here now. The practice of unlocking all of the channels and basically everything associated with that is called DSS Testing.
What DSS Testing IS
Testing is a hobby
Testing requires a lot of reading (Especially when you're beginning)
Testing requires a fair bit of time
Testing may cost a lot of money (In some cases, more than what a regular subscription would cost)
Testing requires patience
Testing is fun
What Testing IS NOT
Testing is not about free TV
Testing is not for everyone
Testing is not about ripping of satellite companies (A large percentage of testers do pay for a subscription)
Testing is not a source of reliable TV. It could go down at any time. If you are looking for a reliable source of TV, pay your cable or Satellite provider (you should do this anyways) .
current Testing system is Dishnetwork .
For Directv there is not a know public file or way to test .
Be aware that modifying a smartcard`s EEPROM to decode encrypted signals
(i.e. certain Television broadcasts) may have some legal restriction in your area .check with your local Laws before use any file from this site.
Individuals involve in working with this site do not modify smardcards or other related hardware or software for the purpose of receiving satellite broadcasts illegaly.
Rules for Buy and sell area
you most Post the Following:
a)what type of Card your selling or trading.
b)The cost
c)Where your willing to ship to
d)Where the item is being shipped from
e)Type of Payment accepted ie:Cash/PayPal/Money order...
f) YOU Must have over 20 post to sell in here and be a member for no less than 1 month .(Unless you have a reference from a member that has 20 or more post)
G) if you scam someone both yourself and your reference will banned without any notice
Business shall only be conducted in pm's no email addy's in the forums
No links to other Dss site.
No dealer advertizing.
If you have a complaint against a Member please let either Juls or Devilsadvocate know.
Non compliance of the rules will result in immediate removal of the thread and a possiable Ban .
